I am sure that it is not possible for a person to know for certain that a particular company can make these awards for them the way they want it. Therefore, people need to do some research first so that they can know which companies operate on a custom basis. You also have to ask the companies that you get whether they can deliver. This means that you need to do some research first until you know what you are getting yourself into.
Most of the time people are usually advised to go for companies that have shown then what the have done in the past. If you realize for a fact that the company will not be able to deliver, you can then dodge a bullet and look for another company out there that can offer you what you want. Another mistake that you should also avoid making is trusting a screenshot that the company gives you. Remember that screenshot can be stolen even from the internet. It is even better if the company already has a collection of all the kind of trophies that the company makes. This means that at the end of the day, you already know what you are getting yourself into based on something that you have seen. This also means that you are not making any assumptions that the company can offer you what you need.
